Woohoo! I'm off to Worldcon

At least I've paid for membership... 

Now I just need to sort out a hotel, flights, time off work, additional travel, and what else I should do while there. 

That's would be annopying.  Since it requires that I actually make some decisions.   Or at least a decision.  When do I arrive and when do I leave?  I need to account for things like budgets and jetlag and seeing a bit more of Japan while I'm there. 

I hate being indecisive. 

Some people Iknow would just pick some dates and decide they can probably meeet some people there.  I'm not like that.
