You
4. What was "Nosey" Parker's previous vocation?

There are several others of course...

6 is a whoop (sp?). It's a flange of baboons and, quite interestingly, these were terms that were made up by the team and have ended up being adopted by the scientific community...

Watching the QI rerun too, were you?

*giggles*

It makes us learn things!

[identity profile] lordofthewheel.livejournal.com 2008-03-01 03:14 pm (UTC)(link)
I believe the original question (if I am correct, that is) relates to a comedy show in the 80's called Not the Nine O'clock News (great fun if you ever see it) with a sketch featuring Gerard the Gorilla...

Though yes, I'm a fan of QI too, quite obviously :)

Yup, it was a Rowan Atkinson sketch, no?

It popped up in last night's QI rerun though, which is why I giggled ;).

Oh BBC2, what would I do without you?

[identity profile] lordofthewheel.livejournal.com 2008-03-01 06:50 pm (UTC)(link)
aha, I didn't know that, I'm a couple of weeks behind but am recording them...
