luckykaaThe coind operated turnstyles for the toilets in Victoria station were out of order, so they opened the gate and let people in for free. They put a note on the turnstyles apologising for the inconvenience.
I never knew that fiddling around trying to find the correct change was meant to be convenient for the punters.
