Been Bagging

I finally had a free weekend to abuse
tictactoepony and
masterofapath's hospitality and sewing machines and make myself a beanbag. After a quick detour to buy some filling.
So, I want up there. got confused over exactly what m,y measurements were going to be, eventually decide, stiched stuff together. Then after thefirst part of the cover was done and the inner lining was cut out I decided to take a break and get drunk with
squirrel_dreams and watched Grease is the word because
tinkerbell1980 was on it. And it's true, Tink. You would make a great action hero!
Then played singstar. Wish I could sing.
Finished the beanbag today.
ghostpaw advised against tiger, and I would have taken her advice but
tictactoepony had a decent chunk of this stuff going spare and it is really quite soft and fluffy so I used it. If I get bored with it I will make another cover but it's cute at the moment.

Still needs a bit of debugging. The poppers keep coming undone, and outside isn't an exact fit with the inside, but it's nice and big and soft. Just need to get my cat ears and curl up on it, purring.
So, there was plenty of time left to see new Scrapheap and Doctor Who. Seems I was wrong in every way with my prediction about this episode. No slashy bits, none of the other Joneses, and an only slightly pointless action sequence that doesn't really make sense. And it was the best episode so far this season. I'm impressed. I thought Russell T. had forgotten how to write Doctor Who episodes.
