Have you never even heard of modern management techniques?? to count as a goal they have to posses a number of key characteristics...
They have to be clearly defined
They have to be quantifiable
They have to turn out to take at least 2 weeks more than has been allocated to them
They have to make the employees life miserable
ok.. so management mumbo jumbo doesn't have a place here.
I'll probably try something like a list of my own over on my lj in a bit. So poaching season should open shortly ;)
