Just felt I need to get this up to date. Quicky on New Year. Good fun. Went to ap pirate themed party. Didn't know about the theme sufficiently in advance to sort out a costume, but, oh well. It was fun. Watch pirates of the Caribbean, and took a drink and said "Arrr" every time someone said pirate. Managed to get through plenty grog. Oh, nope. It was cider. Not that I'm knocking grog. Just didn't have any.

Tooks some pics. They weren't too good. Not quite used to my camera, or I was drunk, or I'm useless at taking photos. Here

Then disappeared to another party organised by people from the new Committee from Sci-Fi. Kate seemed friendly.

Well, that was fun. Never had to sign an NDA before a job interview before though.

Argonaut. Based in Edgware, annoyingly enough. Takes an hour and a bit to get there. Still, I think I did quite well at answering questions. I was lightly grilled on both sides about 3D optimisations. The only issue is, I don't have a lot of knowledge about the specific task they wanted me for, and they want someone who can hit the ground running.

Ah well. If they turn me down, they have good reason. I feel I seemed confident.

Odd going over bridges on the underground. Seems like a contradiction.

One advantage of working in Edgware would be that I'd be able to justify getting a 1 month zone 1-5 travelcard, which would give me free reign to roam around London.

Went to Camden markets as well. Always a nice place for window shopping. Maybe I should be more goth. Am I Goth Or Not? There used to be a website about that.

Now I need to unwind. Darn. Feeling a bit hyper. not sure if that's the post stress buzz, or because I've had more caffeine today than the previous 5 days put together. Although that does mean more than none. Anyway, 2 cups, including a double espresso is quite-t-t- a l-l-lloottt-t after that. How long does withdrawal usually last. I seem to have avoided the headaches that traditionally go with it.
