Telephone sales people

Cite cards called me up. They told me I qualified for a low interest rate on balance transfers and cash advances. I pointed out that I could pay no interest at all if I didn't. Also mentioned that I always pay off my bill as soon as I get it, and that I make a point of always being in credit.
He suggested payment protection.
I pointed out that I'm always in credit, and never put more than I can afford on my card. It didn't seem to register that because of this I'll never need payment protection.
It's almost as though they're just reading from a script:)
