Never have I driven so far for an internet order

So I went to PC work d to look at ooptions for cases. Then left in disgust. They're all rubbish.

I then went to a PC shop nearby. Actually I didn't. I went past the PC shop and saw they were closed so went further and eventually found sometwhere that looked open. But they weren't a computer shop. They just did repairs. Then I drove back to the shop that was close, found it was now open and boughrt a case and PSU there. Got it home, put all the bits in, and nothing happened.

I tinkered around with it, and eventually took it back to the shop. They were very helpful and agreed to check the PSU and see if that worked. It did. Chap was helpful though and suggested I set up the motherboard on a tesbench without installing it in the case.

So I drove home again unplugged everything, pluggged the cable in and it worked! Yay! Then I managed to break it again by installing the improved drivers.

Now it all works and whizzes along and I also have a decent PAL output. Shame I have to use the onboard sound. It has no volume, and I can't find the power supply for my speakers.

All this work has meant I've had no time to eat. Must do that. amazing how long this takes.
