For the extremely lazy

I was given some free samples of Kenco Fusion 3 in 1. Coffee in a sachet with milk and sugar already added.

Normally I'm all for laziness, but I'm trying to see why I might ever feel I need this. If I have the equipment needed for boiling water I can't imagine that a separate conainer for milk and sugar would be too much of an extra burden.

Also in  food news, What the world eats photo essay.  Sort of disturbing how much junk the British family eats Although nothing compared with this North Carolina family.  IS there a single piece of fresh fruit or veg on that table?

I ordered some foreign currency for going to Japan.  Probably way too early really but I want to get some of these things out of the way. 

Except I forgot my passport

For some reason I can take out as much as I feel I need from a cashpoint in Japan with just my card and PIN, but if I have a card, pin and I actually physically turn up in person and am willing to sign for it, they're not totally convinced I'm me.
