Well, that wasn't too bad.

Actually, it was absolutely fantastic.  I was a bit worried when I saw that Steven Moffat was relegated to the Doctor Lite episode this season.  Shouldn't have worried at all.  This is actually what makes a really great episode.  Eliminate the Doctor.  The problem is, a super intelligent physiologically robust and occasionaly death proof superman does tend to mean that we feel quite safe. The Doctor will save the day.  In the early days, they'd separate the Doctor from the companions, and disrupt this feeling of comfort.

The characters in this episode had practically no contact with the doctor.  And we hadn't even seen them before.  There was every possibility they could die, or at least be sent back to the distance past.   Throw in some fun stuff about the oddness of quantum physics and cause and effect issues with time travel and you end up with a fantastic episode.

Worries for another day...

Found out that a Ceroc venue has opened in Brighton.  It's fun to go dancing.  Rally helps to unwind.  Wish it was easier to motivate myself.

For the record, First Move Pushspin, Yoyoy, comb, stepacross.

Brighton Ceroc is better than Shoreham Leroc.  The venue's better and the women are hotte:).  Shame I'm a bit rusty.  I can do the moves as long as someone reminds me where to start..  Apparantly the place has been open since January.  Wonder how everyone else found out about it.

And Tmotom's updated properly at last.  The PC software hasn't really worked since I got it.  Now it auto  downloaded an update, which auto-downloaded new Tomtom software, a GPS fix, and vrious other fixes.  It did that annoying trick that some software des of not bundling all the upgrades into one, so you have no idea how
many other things you need to install.  Done now though.  New version of the software, update to the device, patch for the software, and some "GPS fix" update.
