I went to Montezuma's yesterday

The shop was empty.  Apparently it always is around January. 

Gyms on the other hand are full at this time of year.  I'd imagine there's a pretty direct correlation between the two.

So is there a way to use the surplus floor space and staff of a chocolate shop for a gym in January and then turn over some of that gym space to selling chocolates in December? I'm sure it would make sense.
