The summer's gone. Autumn is here.

So, the equinox has passes.  Autumn is here, and it's time to take stock.  Thought about this this last night, and I'll do it again here.

3 achievements over the last year. 

1. Finally left that job.  Much as I loved living in Brighton, the job was repeatedly annoying me.  It's not so much about the job though as the fact that I should have more freedom. 
2. Trapeze!  Writing!  Possibly acting...  I've found some hobbies that I can really enjoy.  And for a lot of it I just dived in there and got on with it.
3. Found more confidence.  I've always been shy.  I still am.  But I can get over that.  I'm actually able to talk to random people and hold a conversation.  I feel much more confident as a result.
4. There is actually a #4 but it's a fairly personal one.

1 thing I want to achieve by 31st October

This is a tricky one.  The one thing that does spring to mind is getting a plot sorted for NanoWriMo.  I think this needs more thought though.

Number 3 may seem strange to some people (hence the poll).
