Should I stay or should I go

There's a week until the referendum, and I still don't know what way to vote.

Almost everyone I know seems staunchly remain. Fanatically so! I don't get it. Are we talking about the same organisation here?

What I want is a better EU. One where the Parliament can initiate legislation. I want a common policy on refugees and for this to be centrally funded. I want Britain to become part of Schengen. We don't have this. And there's no option to vote for it.

What I'd be okay with is something a bit closer to the EEA but without the 1000lb gorilla of the EU being able to cal the tune. Perhaps this is attainable, but it would mean other countries would have to leave. Could happen. Not certain enough it will.

Ultimately remain seems to be the better option so I guess I'll go for that. I  don't want what the leave lobby wants, and while I don't think they'll get it, I'm not taking the chance. I really think that it's the wrong question though.

Do I pick Kang? Do I pick Kodos? I wish there was a third option.
