It's the wrong wardrome Gromit!
Oct. 1st, 2016 07:21 pmThe day started off pretty well. Got haircut. Found that I live in an areqa blessed with an abundance of charity shops, and acquired 3 DVDs and a game. Later deposited 6 games and seasons 1-4 of Farscape (I have it on Blu ray taking up less space). Bought a nice loaf of bread to go with my bacon. And found a Chinese supermarket to buy some OK Fruity sauce (and bought some plum wine because I can). I then unpacked the Ikea wardrobe.
It was the wrong size! I wanted a 301.413.91 and ended up buying a 501.413.90! I know you're all laughing here and wondering how I could make such an elementary mistake. This is the 50cm wide version rather than the 100cm wide version! This is the most irritating item to be wrong. It's too tall to fit in the spare room. I bought a load of extra fittings that need it to be the right size. And it's too big to dispose of easily! I have a saw so I might end up converting it into strips of chipboard.
