I'm thinking of having my name changed to 192.168.1.1, after my dealings with Orange Broadband I've become quite attached to it. I too run a small sideline in tech support for anything above the bonnet. If it requires a screwdriver or extreme gobbledygeek however, I am unable to assist. I'm better at it than I let on really, well compared to most civvies I know.
