1. What did you do in 2015 that you'd never done before?

Had a New Year Smooch.

2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?

Didn't make any. I might make some this year, but but until March.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?

Yes! Little Arlo is the latest addition to my brother's branch of the family. Very small, but had yet to be list down the plugole.

4. Did anyone close to you die?

Nope.

5. What countries did you visit

England (from Germany). Germany (from England), Croatia, Belgium.

6. What would you like to have in 2016 that you lacked in 2015?

My own house. Also seem to be on top of that insomnia thing.

7. What dates from 2015 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?

January 1st, because that's when I got together with this girl I like. December 17th, because new Star Wars film came out.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?

Not screwing things up with that girl I like.

9. What was your biggest failure?

Probably something to do with work.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?

Apart from insect bites...

11. What was the best thing you bought?

My holiday. Possibly also my car.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?

Really hated the media. So many lies.

14. Where did most of your money go?

The German government. Followed by rent, followed by car.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?

Every time I saw that girl I like especially those bits that involved going to Croatia

16. What song will always remind you of 2015?

Uhm... Probably one of the many Disney songs I was introduced to.

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
a) happier or sadder? Much happier. I think having a girlfriend is responsible for that.
b) thinner or fatter? Somewhat fatter. My girlfriend is probably partly responsible for that too.
c) richer or poorer? richer

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?

Travel.

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?

Getting involved in pointless internet arguments.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?

Already done. Spent with assorted relatives.

21. Who did you spend the most time on the phone with?

Probably my pension advisor or agents or people interviewing me.

22. Did you fall in love in 2015?

Kinda, I think

23. How many one-night stands?

None!

24. What was your favourite TV programme?

Oooh, so many. Really enjoyed Orange Is The New Black. Man in the High Castle was intriguing. Also loved Agent Carter.

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?

Nope. Don't do hate.

26. What was the best book you read?

The Martian. Even though I'd seen the movie, it was still incredibly gripping. The Invisible Library was good too, and I actually read that one rather than listened to it.

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?

Amazon Prime! Nice to have a bunch of music available wherever there's internet

28. What did you want and get?

A girlfriend! An impractical sports car!

29. What did you want and not get?

My own place. More local friends.

30. What was your favourite film of this year?

The Martian. Mad Max: Fury Road was good too. Also, Ant man and Inside Out were both fun.

31. What did you do on your birthday?

It was awesome! Was in Dubrovnik. Did a game of thrones tour, then flickums took me to a really nice restaurant and they put a sparkler on my cake!

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?

Some sort of specification for the project at work. Don't like comparing sour work to much but if I'm going to be there do much of my life, I want to enjoy it.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2015?

Black jeans. Geeky t-shirts.

34. What kept you sane?

Flickums! PS3 and a movie collection.

35. Which celebrity/public div did you fancy the most?

Leliana from Dragon Age Origins.

36. What political issue stirred you the most?

No idea. Lots of them.

37. Who did you miss?

Terry Pratchett. Last couple of books weren't great but I looked forward to seeing new ones.

38. Who was the best new person you met?

Flick's German counterpart.Wolfie Alex's significant other. Flick's sister.
