Really ought to have a housewarming.

I'm a little unsure how to go about a housewarming party. 

Issues:

• I have very little space to actually have a party.
  
• Most of my friends live a long way away.
• I don't really have any decent means to play music.

Perhaps I should have a party at someone else's house.

Have the party somewhere else... For the "housewarming" part, just leave the heating on the entire time you're away partying :D

Buy alcohol. Get ITunes. Cram as many people despite the lack of space. That's what we students do. And we are always too drunk to remember how it went, so we try it again. And again. And again.

You could have a House Loitering. Meet up of a weekend afternoon and then wander round Brighton en masse....

Maximum number of guests, minimum time stressing over where to locate the event.
