Following on from yesterdays exciting installment.

#1 has persuaded the landlord to give #2 two month's notice. The landlord seems to have agreed rather than do anything like attempting to deal with the situation. Personally, I think if #1 has a problem, he should leave.

Turns out that the reason #2 was annoyed was that #1 was making a lot of noise cleaning #2's plates and #2 was trying to sleep.

Anyway, the letter arrived. Personally, I'd have fought it, but #2 just surrendered. I'm not quite sure if the landlord can terminate a 12 month tenancy agreement just like that even if it says he can.

Maybe after all this nonsense #2 is glad to get out, and that's why they're not contesting it. Now all you have to do is persuade the landlord that #1 is an ungodly pain in the arse, then you can have the place to yourself and install nice flatmates >:)
