Not in a bad way, but in a 'Wow! I wish I had that person's hair/eyes/money/relationship/toenails/whatever.'

I envy that you seem to be enjoying your life - living in Brighton (went there the other weekend for a few hours and loved it), doing a job you don't hate or get bored with, and having a good social life.
