Proposal for Brighton B&B7

As emperor_zhark reminded me a week or so ago, I've been promising, or at least vaguely suggesting a Brighton edition of Beer and Blake's 7 (where lots of sci-fi geeks drink beer and talk about lots of stuff occasionally including Blake's 7).  I've also been pondering a browncoats meetup (where lots of sci-fi geeks drink beer and talk about lots of stuff occasionally including Firefly).

So, I propose, provisionally, Friday 22nd June, at the upstairs nun-smoking section of the Bright Helm Wetherspoons.  From 6ish.

Bad choice of day! The 23rd is the Serenity charity screening with a quite early start (930 or 10am), was going to suggest gaming that Friday in Woking for ease of transport to London next day..

Well, I'm available - I'll be celebrating having finally had a job interview that day :)

We'll see what other people think. The 29th is a possible altenative. getting to London the following day isn't a problem for me but tictactoepony does have to get back to Woking first.

I'm thinking you should just pick a date and run with it. "They will come." Trying to negotiate a date is a highway to hell :)

You've got at least one confirmed for any reasonable date (me) and I'll do my best to get Miles along (he works evenings so it depends on his availability.

29th is ok, I think. I need to check with Nicola before I commit, but unless there's a catastrophe, I can't see a problem!
