Cutting down the carbs

So, following tigerpixie 's low-carb lunch advice, today's lunch was a "no-bread sandwich" from Pret. Or "a salad" as they used to be known.
Oddly they don't seem to offer a discount for leaving the bread out.

I'll see how well this works from an energy point of view.

Had lots of nice ideas for coffee making.  Thanks everyone. 

I had a hankering for a text adventure. Pick up the phone booth and die was surprisingly rewarding. The sequel is a lot harder in that it requires a different solution.
