Costume suggestions

So, anyone got any suggestions for the Starfury Buffy con in Bristol next month?

Party themes are

• School Uniform,
• Wheadonverse Ball (Any Joss Whedon comic film or series),
• Broadway Musicals,

Normally I have some sort of plan.  I'm a bit stuck this time though.
