There's an annoying rasping drilling noise coming from somewhere in the building.

They've been at this for weeks now! 

What the hell are they doing?

We had about three months of intermittent drilling in the ceiling below our office. They stopped a couple of weeks ago, but now a load of the previously free parking spaces have been allocated to the new occupants...
