Tedious dating update

Met up with girl off Gumtree.  Pleasant enough evening, nice conversation, no sparkage.  She didn't seem to get my jokes.  I didn't seem to get hers. 

Stopped at a pub on the way back for shelter from the rain.  They were playing live music.  Since this was an old bloke's pub, the place was almost empty.  Found a nice girl to flirt with.  Red hair and a studded collar.  My type of girl.  She was lovely, charming, slightly geeky... and attached. 

Oh well.

At least you're getting out there and giving the whole dating thing a go rather than sitting indoors and procrastinating... and on that note, way to go, you! :)

I guess. Still need to find a way to find girls willing to go out with me. OKCupid seems to have been a failure. Gumtree was slightly less unsuccessful and going out seems impossible because I seem to be obliged to have a hectic social life.

I had the same thing about the Nano kickoff party in Camden. I met several lovely women but they were either had husbands or girlfriends.
