So, after the extended visit for a cuppa with my parents - Talking to my uncle delayed me further than I expected - I got on the train, and rushed back to London. I'd arranged to see An, a net friend, who's down from Ireland this week. Quite a nice idea, but it would have made more sense to have got a picture of her beforehand.

I was relying on the fact that she was going to meet with a few other people I know. They weren't there. After a while, James showed up, and we both could recognise him. He was the only one of that crowd who actually came... Ah well. Went to a pub. I'll never get used to a pint costing £2.50 in London. Met up with a couple of others at Whetherspods. Both friends of An's from Ireland. Both of them were a bit weird, which was good. And the girl (De) was rather cute. Always a problem for me. I get tongue tied to easily. Also turned out she was on another forum type place that another friend of mine is on. I think the internet chat community is a lot smaller than people think.

Went down to slimelight. It's been a long time since I've been clubbing. Mainly this was because I was put off clubs at an early age when mty flatmates used to go down to the trendy big clubs. Slimelight is a lot better. A goth club where everyone know half the other people there, and people are happy to lurk at the back chilling out. And everyone's hair is sooo much more interesting. Felt I was underdressed though. We didn't really have any plans arranged, so I was just tagging along. I guessed that we might end up there, but wasn't really prepared. I could have put in my wolf contacts, got some better boots, messed my hair a bit, and genenerally changed my image to something a little more fitting, but I didn't have the time thanks to wanting to talk to my uncle, and the bloody trains sitting forever at the station. Probably wouldn't have thought that far ahead anyway.

Slime's is a larf. I'm in London this weekend, going around Highgate Cemetary with some friends of Dylans. Dunno if we're doing anything else, but I'll give you a call if ya like. Alternatively (or as well) the weekend of the 14th the band said friend-of-Dylan's is in, Waterglass (goff, moderatly successful) are playing Slimelights, and I'm definitly going to that, so if you wan't to come along you'd be welcome (heck, the more the merrier! Actually, if we're goths, should that be the more the gloomier? :)

Sounds like a larf if your mates don't mind a notagoth tagging along. I'm free both weekends. And the one in between. You have got my number haven't you?
