The problems of being an early riser...

So I stayed out late on Saturday.  Got back at about 3.  Woke up at about 7:30.  Didn't really get a lot done on the Sunday. 

Staying up late on a Saturday is always a dilemma for me.  I can't lie in because of  that damn Period 3 gene.  I like people and if I stay out it means I've had a lot of fun.  Just wish I could work out a way to get a few more hours of sleep.

So there's a scientific reason why I have trouble getting to bed at a reasonable hour.

They do say you can change it if you want, so you don't have to be an early riser.
