Anyone know how to physrep a scar?

Also anyone have ideas on how easy it would be to make/cobble together a regency air corps uniform (Military dress uniform in green)?

EDIT: Dammit [livejournal.com profile] glamwhorebunni !  Couldn't you have run this in November?  I found a perfect piece of kit, but it's a greatcoat and there's no way I'll be wearing that in July.

[livejournal.com profile] luckykaa will be at Brighton Below with me. I'm thinking the character will be for that and I'm willing to help him, as long as I arrive in time.

Sorry, missed the "regency" word in there. Now I know what this is for.

Human - possibly acid burn but cuts and burns would work. Pretty convincingly healed.

Uncertain on budget but if it's something like latex/paint or something that can be used multiple times I'll probably aim for 20 quid or so.

Don't know of any allergies.

This is just provisional stuff for A&A. Haven't settled on a character concept yet but coolest costume will be a factor.

Well, I guess an actual chemical burn would be a convincing physrep but I'm not that committed.

Shall get stuff and pester flannelcat.

And sadly, none of my character ideas for this will fit the name Czykowski. I wanted to but it sounds like there are enough Eastern Europeans.

Well, there are already some Poles... Being someone that Hates Poles (Russian, maybe) would be fun! Russians get to occupy their country and everything- and Russians are our allies whilst the Poles sided with Napoleon. We love Russians, they're much better than smelly Poles.

This would save me from having to organise a NPC Russian, as well ;)

Also, if you're foreign, you can wear any colour military jacket you like and call yourself a member of the Aerial Corps. It's only the English who all wear Green.

Best offline source for Kryolan I know is Charles Fox, in Covent Garden - http://www.charlesfox.co.uk/home.html

You'll likely need to call them and enquire, though.
