Still need to decide on a character

Serenity LARP next month. Still not booked.

Part of the problem is inability to acquire a crew but the other problems are lack of time and indecisiveness.

Who do I want to be? What do I want to do? Maybe I should sign up with Trez. He's short on crew.

Maybe I should base the character on costume. I have waistcoats, hats (I rather like the Fedora), round sunglasses, all sorts of obvious bits and pieces, as well as a sewing machine and some ability to make clothes.

Maybe I could be Idaho James, famed archaelogist, or Maurice the gangster of Love, or some runaway indentured servant or something.

Or a conman preacher, the round glasses, fedora and waistcoat would go down well as a sort of ex-snakeoil preacher type
