How can they get the order wrong twice!?

Order: Silk self tie bowtie. 
Delivery: Has a label on it saying 100% Polyester.
Returned. 
Next delivery: Silk bow tie. 
Can it be untied?  NO!

Seriously, how hard can it be?  Shouldn't this just be an item number!?

...ok, that's kind of special. Internet shopping for the lose, in this very specific case.
