So, what's been happening

Went to a fun party last weekend.  Need more partying!!!!

Had a contract offer in Cheltenham.  This is good. 

Will need to find somewhere to live during the week.  Not quite sure how to sort that one out.   Anyone have any tips?  Anyone here happen to know someone near Cheltenham with a spare room?  Bristol would probably work if it's not too far from the motorway.

This means I should be able to get to Australia for Worldcon.  YAY!  Now need to work out route/stopovers.

Despite rumours to the contrary I still seem to be single.  Oh well. 

Finding myself getting a bit lonely her on my own all day.  Everyone else seems to be either miles away, working, or doing other stuff.  If anyone does want to do anything in the next week or so let me know.  I'm probably free.

Anyone free on Thursday want to be an IDP?

It's *worldcon* in Australia, not Eastercon

Gumtree is reputed to be good for finding places to stay, but I'm sure there are others.

If you can make it to west London, I'm looking for help with decluttering, putting stuff on ebay, sorting through guitars/tools/etc. and deduping etc. ... I've taken the week to try to get myself sorted out and any assistance would be very welcome. But it might be a bit far for you to travel, I understand.

Otherwise, I have no brilliant tips on the "not being single" thing ... I've never figured out the secret I'm afraid ;-(
