Still not moved out of Brighton pad.  I have booked a week to get everything sorted and shipshape.

So that means I need to book tickets to get back to England.  Also need to cancel utilities, tell the bank my new address, hire a van, shift everything, find a way to get a washing machine into an upstairs storage locker (that may have been a mistake), get the carpets cleaned, and wash everything down.

And I want to get a Wii, a Blu-ray player, and lots of media to Brussels.  I have no idea how to go about that.  I guess Parcel Force is an option.  My experience though is that they're pretty rough.  Not sure about parcel delivery to Brussels.  I can use Parcel Force for the delivery (must pack it well), but I have no idea about collecting it if I'm out when it's delivered.  Will have to see about delivering to work.

Should probably do a quick gathering for goodbye drinks since this will be my last jaunt back to Blighty for some time.

Can't you do Eurostar in a vehicle? Put your gamey stuff in said vehicle?

Eurostar's the passenger service. Le Shuttle is the car service, and I could do it that way, but that requires driving all the way to the terminal, then all the way to Belgium, and working out what the hell to do with my car.

How about another carrier, like Fedex? When I couldn't carry much after a major op, I sent the equivalent of my 'suitcase' to and from Scotland like this.
