Belgium retrospective

luckykaaSo, I seem to have been here a couple of months.
It's nice to actually be here at weekends for a change.
Internet has been dead once. Am getting used to work, have made a few friends through meetup.com. Went to a big gathering at internations. I've actually been rather busy this week. Most of the busy is down to a single person who seems top have included me on the list of friends she invites to places. Which is rather nice.
Still rather lacking on the geek friends though. Brussels just doesn't seem to be a very geeky place. Although I have met two through different routes. Was surprised one of them had failed to register the existence of the hunger games.
Still need to sort out some bureaucracy regarding registering as a resident. This involves dealing with the helpful but rather slow umbrella company. I miss Parasol but they don't do international.
