More annoyances

So, I put down the deposit for this car, but I still need to sort out a loan.

I applied on line with Direct Line. After asking me for name, address, previous address, shoe size and inside leg measurement, they finally decided - No. I can't have a loan. No actual reason. Bloody pain. I'm going to phone them up and find out why.

Ah well. Overdraft will cover the payment in the interim. If everything else fails, I can get a loan from the bank.
