Have arrived at discworld. Customs people eaten by luggage.

So, I arrived safely in Birmingham.  Flight on a teeny tiny little De Haviland Bombadier Dash 8. Lots of loitering in the terminal after getting through in ridiculously short time.  Arrived at con.  Left immediately for food.  Went back for opening ceremony.  Appropriately almost fell asleep during "bedtime stories" (extracts from Terry'd next book).  Chatted to a bunch of geeks. 

I chose a badge name of "Witchfinder Neil".  I have decided to live up to the badge name and find some witches. 

Did Discworld roleplaying game on Saturday.  Fun game involving a vampire becoming a Bond Villain. Saw a bit of the Pratchett interview but was feeling fidgity.  Left and lurked with geeks. 

Didn't have a costume so I spent a bit of time in Chaos producing a wizards robe for Bruce the Fourecks wizard. 

Witches found so far: 6.
