So, anyone doing NanoWriMo this year

The forums have been wiped. Nano is ready for 2013.

For me it is something of a tradition. I have attempted every year since 2008. But the first couple of times, I had a story that I wanted to write. this year I don't. And I know I can churn out 50000 words in 30 days because I've done it before. 3 times. Also there's not much a community for it here.

Just seems such a shame to not join in and break the tradition. of course I do have several unfinished novels that I should really look at. Especially the 2009 one about the modern day Highwaywoman.

So who else is doing it?

I'm always tempted, but the only time I've managed to win since secondary school was when I had something in my head that really needed to escape, and I don't really have a burning story idea waiting to get out this time.

I'm doing it.

I'll be NaNo Rebelling this year and writing a roughly 5K MLP Applejack episode and then making that into a real world B&W roughly 30 page comic.

Not sure last year was technically a win but a little messy / confused / uninspired.

I probably will as it's become a bit of a tradition for me, but I'd like to push myself; and I haven't quite worked out how yet, or what I want to write this year.
