Another busy day.
Cheshire Steam Fair in Daresbury!
There was a fair. A couple of the rides were steam powered. There were also many many traction engines, including some tiny little 1/3 scale working models. Absolutely adorable things! Lots of vintage cars, including a rare example of a Reliant Regal Supervan not painted to look like Delboy's car. This was in Royal Mail livery.
A large display area in the middle was used to show off various traction engines and motorbikes and a stunt show.
A very rare treat was they had a wall of death! This was the Ken Fox troupe. And it was a lot of fun. The audience is at the top of the wall, and the cyclists come right up near the top! Various bits of showing off later - "Look no hands" - and they finished off with a very nice display of formation riding. Well worth seeing!
Stunt show seemed a bit dull after that so we went and had a ride on the miniature railway.
