I wandered into the Lego shop.  Chatted with Shop assistant a bit.  Made a comment about Jason and the Argonauts with the skeletons. 

She was cute.  Maybe I should have got her number.

Many people don't appreciate being hit on by customers.* (I know I wouldn't, anyway.) Maybe she wouldn't have minded, but perhaps it's a good thing you didn't. I'd recommend a non-captive audience to hone your flirting skills on, except I don't think they need it. :)

*(Also, there's the whole 'and some charge extra' pun in that first line. :p That's just my brain rolling in the gutter, please don't mind it.)

Agree with nayela - don't hit on shop assistants or any other captive audience who has to be nice to you regardless - it's really hard to turn such a person down without being rude and you worry that they'll repeatedly come in and stalk you or something...
(i have a whole disturbing story about such a guy (who may actually be certifiable/American) told to me by an extremely creeped out vet nurse whilst she also declared herself in need of a shower to wash off the creepy she felt)
I'm not saying you're *that* weird, but just keep it in mind.

He was actually american - doing a very good impresion of - i am american guy from da south so clearly i am gods gift to all english 'ladiez' rather than being overweight ignorant loud and having my wife in the next room while i ask these nurses what sexual position is their favorite.
There is a certain brand of sleeze that can only be achieved by such a guy that overweight ignorant British chaps can only aspire to. I'm sure you know the type i mean.

I agree with those comments, but why not wander in again in a few days and chat again? If you are a familiar face, asking her out or offering her your email address would be a lot less creepy.
