I saw this poster

Somehow I felt a little disturbed.
I find the whole thing implausible for starters. Are we really meant to believe that the terrorist was so concerned with surveillance that he let himself be spotted?
Are we supposed to be suspicious of absolutely everyone? That's really not a country I want to live in!
